HeRMeS® Human Resource Management Software System

The first version of
HeRMeS® was developed in 1996 and even then it had the basic features of a professional solution:
- automation of the routine activities in human resource management, freeing up resources for the HR professionals to work on the development and continuous improvement of the processes;
- formalization of the HRM processes in the organization, ensuring compliance with the established rules and facilitating the management of human capital, regardless of the number of employees and their physical location;
- summary information on the functioning of individual policies, providing tools for performance measurement and support for strategic decision making.

The rich functionality, flexibility and reliable technical support established HeRMeS® as the leading Human Resource Management Software System with corporate clients in Bulgaria in a few short years after its market debut.
To meet the growing demands of customers, in 2006 TechnoLogica released a new version of the product – HeRMeS® V. It again uses the Oracle database management system, but the UI is completely new. Based on .NET technology it is much more intuitive, providing options for users to adapt it to their preferences and for the system administrator to apply different configurations depending on user roles and the type of business.
HeRMeS® integrates all activities related to human resource management and provides monitoring of their connections, operational access and analysis of the full information for the purpose of making the best management decisions.
